Cuci22 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and cuci22 ("Platform", "us", "we"). These Terms govern your use of all services provided by cuci22, including sports betting, online casino, live matches, e-sports, and all other services offered through the cuci22 website and application.

By completing the registration process, accessing, or using any part of the cuci22 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you are registering on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Cuci22 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the cuci22 website. Continued use of the platform following any amendment will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

To use the cuci22 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. cuci22 is an adults-only platform. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to close any account that does not meet this requirement.
• Location: You are accessing this platform from a location where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under the local laws that apply to you personally.
• Mental capacity: You are placing bets of your own free will, without coercion, and you understand that betting carries real financial risk.
• Non-cuci22 employees: cuci22 employees, software providers, business partners, and their immediate family members are not permitted to create member accounts for betting purposes.

Cuci22 is not liable if a person uses this platform in violation of the laws applicable in their place of residence. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their use of cuci22 is lawful in their jurisdiction.

Each cuci22 member is only permitted to hold one account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual – whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The details required include:

• Full name as shown on a valid identification document
• An active and accessible email address
• A valid Malaysian mobile number
• Exact date of birth for age verification

Cuci22 reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time for identity verification purposes (KYC – Know Your Customer), particularly before processing large withdrawals. Documents that may be required include a copy of your ID, proof of current address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in your withdrawal being delayed or your account being suspended.

All financial transactions at cuci22 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). cuci22 accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all of which are local Malaysian payment options:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet

Deposit Limit: The minimum deposit is RM10. There is no set maximum deposit limit; however, cuci22 reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds for large deposits in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Withdrawal Limit: The minimum withdrawal is RM30. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) and 15 minutes to 1 hour for bank transfers via FPX. All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by cuci22 management.

Bonus Funds: Bonus funds received through cuci22 promotions cannot be withdrawn directly. They may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion has been fully met.

All bets placed through cuci22 are subject to the following rules:

• Final: Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the cuci22 system are final and cannot be cancelled, except under circumstances specifically provided for in cuci22 rules (such as match cancellations or clear technical errors).
• Betting limits: cuci22 reserves the right to set maximum betting limits for any match, market, or member. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
• Odds: Odds displayed on the cuci22 platform are in decimal format. cuci22 reserves the right to adjust odds until a bet is confirmed by the system. Any odds changes after confirmation will not affect bets that have already been accepted.
• Match cancelled: If a match is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be fully refunded to the member's account. For matches that are postponed and resumed within 24 hours, all bets remain valid.
• In-Play betting: Bets placed during a live match (in-play) are subject to additional conditions. cuci22 reserves the right to suspend or reject in-play bets during technical disruptions or in circumstances that suggest potential match manipulation.
• Cash Out: The Cash Out feature is available for selected matches. The Cash Out value offered is cuci22's final decision, based on current match conditions and real-time odds.

Cuci22 reserves the right to void or reject any bet suspected of being placed using inside information, cross-account coordination, or any form of manipulation intended to gain an unfair advantage.

Cuci22 offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: Every bonus comes with wagering requirements that are clearly stated in the relevant promotional terms. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus value before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a specified validity period. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirements have not been met within the stipulated timeframe will expire automatically.
• One bonus per account: Each cuci22 promotion may only be claimed once per account. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts is a violation of these terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games on cuci22 contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. The terms of each promotion will clearly state the eligible games or categories and their respective contribution rates.
• cuci22's rights: cuci22 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. cuci22 also reserves the right to reject bonus claims from members suspected of abusing the promotions system.

The security of your cuci22 account is a shared responsibility between you and the platform. You are required to take the following steps to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong, unique password for your cuci22 account – a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.
• Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone, including family members.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your cuci22 account settings, for an added layer of security.
• Do not access your cuci22 account over unsecured public WiFi networks.
• Log out of your account when you are done using the platform, especially on shared devices.

Cuci22 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the cuci22 support team immediately.

The following are strictly prohibited on the cuci22 platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all winnings and/or legal action:

• Identity fraud: Registering or using an account under a false identity or another person's identity.
• Match manipulation: Placing bets based on insider information about match outcomes, or engaging in any form of coordination to manipulate betting results.
• Money laundering: Using the cuci22 platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Technical exploitation: Using software or technical methods to exploit vulnerabilities or bugs in the cuci22 system for unfair financial gain.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using false information to repeatedly claim cuci22 bonuses or promotions.
• Accounts operated on behalf of another person: Placing bets or managing a cuci22 account on behalf of another person, including receiving payment to do so.

Cuci22 uses sophisticated detection systems to identify suspicious activity. Any activity found to be in breach of the above prohibitions will be acted upon immediately, and cuci22 reserves the right to report such cases to the relevant authorities where necessary.

Closure by Member: You may close your cuci22 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, you must ensure there are no active bets and any remaining balance in your account must be withdrawn first, subject to applicable bonus terms.

Closure by cuci22: cuci22 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term in this document
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or match manipulation
• Inability to verify a member's identity when requested
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
• Legal or regulatory compliance requirements

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, cuci22 reserves the right to withhold the account balance while an investigation is conducted. Should the investigation confirm a violation, cuci22 reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in the account.

Cuci22 provides its betting platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available or free from errors and technical disruptions.

Cuci22 is not liable for:

• Losses arising from platform disruption or unavailability due to maintenance, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control
• Losses arising from betting decisions made by the member themselves
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by the member's own negligence
• Processing delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet providers
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the cuci22 platform

In all circumstances, cuci22's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total funds held in that member's account at the time the claim is made.
